About Karina

Karina’s father also ran his own jewellery business, so Karina was exposed to the industry from a young age.

Karina’s education involved studying for a choreography degree in her native Lithuania. So they could gain a greater understanding of the social context of their art, the students were taught psychology, art, history, architecture and costume design as part of the curriculum. This was to have a profound impact on her jewellery career, as she now takes into account other external factors that might affect her work. Reflected in her design process is her eagerness to paint a complete picture, given within a social, artistic and personal context.

Karina went on to follow in her father’s footsteps by taking up an apprenticeship in the jewellery-making trade. She spent four and half years with her father working on her basic skills in Lithuania. After moving to London she applied to the London Guildhall University where she studied for another four years, in the process designing a piece that was chosen to appear in an international student jewellery exhibition. After a further two years working in the prestigious David Morris workshop, she decided to form her own company. And here she is today, delighting her clients with impeccable examples of her work.

Ranging from her friends and private clients, to celebrities and famous international retailers, she is happy to make jewellery for anyone. Karina loves her art, and she hopes you will too.
